General conditions:

Pay Terms: Ex-works Sharjah. 50% Downpayment on confirmation of order & 50% balance payment
prior to shipment.

Delivery Leadtime : the customer will be informed shortly

This offer is valid 3 months

The prices offered in this proposal suppose the order of the complete system.

The prices in this offer are references to the actual parity of currencies.

This quotation does not cover any piping cost or any installation.

Warranty Conditions

International warranty is submitted to completion of commissioning of the complete system by

Webasto or duly authorized member of the service network.

The warranty policy will be a 2 years limited Warranty after validation / commissioning.
Covering only defected parts and the net labor for replacement (flat rate system) of
this defective part under condition that the defect is due to manufacturing or design faults.
