Definite intergral
• Definite integrals represent the area under the curve of a function and
above the 𝘹-axis.

• An integral is known as a definite integral if and only if it has two specified


limits called the upper and lower limits.

• Definite Integral is the difference between the values of the integral at the
specified upper and lower limit of the independent variable. It is represented

as; ∫ab f(x) dx
