**Based on the conducted survey last 02 Feb 2022
All applications for study leave grant are subject for approval by the
Secretary of DILG, through the recommendation of Chief, BFP upon the
completion/ presentation of required qualifications/ documents to the
Director, DPRM, BFP NHQ;
Application for study leave with complete documentary requirements
endorsed by the Regional Director must be received by the Office of the
Leave Management Section, BFP NHQ fifty (50) calendar days from the date
of the intended schedule of leave from the date of the intended schedule of

A grantee who graduated with honors/ distinction will received plaque/ certificate of
recognition and cash incentive amounting to not more than TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 10,000.00), subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulation.
a. Recipient of honors;
b. With special awards/ citations on thesis/ dissertation and other curricular
and extra-curricular activities related to the field of study;
c. Top 10 BAR and Board Examination passer.
