(CSBP)
WHAT IS CSBP?
• Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 110 dated 07 April 2020 and
entitled: Institutionalizing the Comprehensive Social Benefits
Program (CSBP), the coverage expanded and included Citizen
Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU)/CAFGU Active Auxiliary
(CAA) units, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP),
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the Philippine Coast Guard
(PCG), who become casualties while performing their duties in

Applicability of CSBP
• CSBP applies to all active BFP uniformed personnel who are killed
