HONEY MUSTARD CATALINA

Dressing Dressing
Salad Dressing

Based on the dictionary a dressing is a

sauce for salads, typically one consisting of
oil and vinegar mixed together with herbs or
other flavorings. That’s means that the flavor
of the salad that we will make will be based
on how well we create our dressings. For
that we prepared the top 3 dressings that
would go perfect with our salad. Each of
these dressings, are given a budget that
must not go over 50pesos.
Thousand Island

- Thousand Island Dressing is a classic

American salad dressing with a
mayonnaise base. In addition to mayo, it's
made with ketchup, relish, vinegar or
lemon juice, and sweet paprika. It's
creamy with a light tomato flavor and a
slight tang from the relish and vinegar
but is overall pretty sweet.
- Most of the recipes for this dressing are
already available at our home, and the
only ingredient that we will be needing to
buy is sweet paprika, that totals our
expenses to 37pesos.
Honey Mustard

- Honey mustard sauce is the most

incredible sweet, tangy, and creamy
sauce made from simple ingredients
like honey, mustard, mayonnaise,
vinegar, and a couple spices. It takes
only a few minutes to make and can be
used several ways.
- All the ingredients that we need for
this dressing is already available at our
home, making the total of our expenses
0.
Catalina Dressing
- Most Catalina dressings are made with a
blend of ketchup, vinegar, sugar and oil.
This recipe gets its zippy flavor from the
addition of Worcestershire sauce, ground
mustard and a dash cayenne pepper.

dressing is available at our home, and we
will Worcestershire sauce and dash
cayenne pepper, that totals to more than
