躲避神（一 1-17 ）背道而驰（ Escape ）
仰望神（二 1-10 ）向神祷告（ Prayer ）
事奉神（三 1-10 ）一日宣教（ Mission ）
埋怨神（四 1-11 ）被神教训（ Lesson ）
 一、逃避神

尼尼微：靠近现在伊拉克北部的摩苏尔。
约 帕： 以色列在地中海唯一的天然港口。
他 施： 在西班牙，是当时所知最远的地方。
