• Hailey, a good friend of Starr doesn`t want to have contact to Starr anymore,
she unfollowed her on Tumblr

• -> her mother gives her some advice and they talk about Maverick too
 development of Starr due to her mother
• as her mother told her about Khalil feelings for Starr, she realizes a lot
about her childhood

• she always thought he is in love with another girl and learns some thinkings
of her mom

• her mother gives her also an advice with the Hailey situation, and tells her
about a good and bad things list

• Starr learns a lot about her mother during this talk, she understands a lot
now
 Star and her dad

• they talk about Star`s white boyfriend and her dad explains his feelings
about it

• he says normaly girls date boys who are like there dads, and as he saw Cris,
he thought that he didn`t set a good example for a black man

• Star explains that he set a good example for a man, no mather if he is black
or white
 development of Starr in relation to her dad

• she learns that his critical view about a white boyfriend isn`t because he is a
racist against white people, it`s more about him

• her dad thinks white and black boys are generally diferent and Starr gets
why he always talks so critical about interracial couples
 Maverick and the gray BMW

• the King shows up in the shop and wants to talk to Maverick

• he wants to find Vante, because he owns him money, but Maverick doesn`t
know where he is

• they are discussing for a while, and King says something about Star too

• Star has in this moment a little bit fear for her dad and herself
