ADJECTIVES

(Descriptive, Demonstrative, and Qualitative)

 Adjectives
a word that describes a noun or pronoun
'Big', 'boring', 'purple', 'quick' and 'obvious' are all adjectives.
Adjectives fall into two categories: descriptive and limiting. Descriptive
adjectives are those which describe the color, size, or quality of a person or
thing (noun or pronoun). Limiting adjectives place restrictions on the word
the modify (quality, distance, possession, etc).
Note: Only these and those are plural forms. All others remain the same whether the
noun is singular or plural.

DESCRIPTIVE LIMITING

Beautiful Cardinal numbers (one, two)

Large Ordinal numbers (first, second)
Red Possessives (my, your, her, his, our)
Interesting Demonstratives (this, that, these, those)
Important Quantity (few, many, much)
Colorful Articles (a, an, the)
 When descriptive Demonstrative adjectives.
adjectives modify a drawing the line substantive using up on person

is called Adjective of Quality

It is a heavy box.
Hena is a smart girl.
New York is a beautiful city.
Their good performance gave
them what they expected.
