The document discusses developing a blood bank information system application for Indonesia using cloud computing. The application would integrate hospitals, blood donation centers (PMI UTD), and private donors. It would allow these groups to be connected through a web and mobile-based blood management information system on the cloud. The goal is to help ensure a continuous blood supply by facilitating communication and coordination between hospitals requesting blood and the organizations and individuals providing blood donations.

Blood banks in hospitals have a very important role. Blood banks ensure that the blood supply of each blood type is available at all times if it is needed ur- gently. In Indonesia, if the hospital runs out of blood supply, they will make a blood request to the PMI UTD after the doctor approves it.
In all these processes, the continuity of the blood sup-
ply in the blood bank depends on three main actors. They are hospitals, PMI UTD, and private donors. Un- fortunately, in reality there are still many cases of lack of blood supply. Android-based blood bank applica- tions on cloud computing have been carried out by previous research The purpose of the system of this research is to develop an application to integrate hospitals, PMI UTD, and private donors in Indonesia. This application uses web-based and mobile applica- tions using cloud computing technology. As shown in Figure 3, the general view of the pro- posed application is where the hospital system, PMI UTD system, and personal donor devices are connected by a cloud computing system using an application called the Blood Management In- formation System (BBIS). This application can be used by doc- tors, nurses, patients and private donors themselves. This application is designed with three main dashboards, namely the dashboard for hospitals, UTD PMI, and private donors Thank you
