Panuto: Lagyan ng (✓) ang patlang kung ito ay nagsasaad ng gawaing nauukol sa
wastong pangangalaga ng sariling kaasuotan at ekis(X) naman kung hindi.
1. Tahiin agad ang sirang damit bago ito labahan.
2. Tupiin ang mga damit at ilagay sa tamang lalagyan.
3. Gawing pantulog ang uniporme sa eskwelahan.
4. Gumamit ng bleach sa paglalaba upang matanggal ang dumi
sa damit.
5. Huwag umupo kung saan-saan para hindi marumihan ang
damit at mamantsahan.
6. Ang may maayos na kasuotan ay kaakit-akit tingnan.
7. Ugaliing magsuot ng damit pantulog tulad ng pantalon at polo
upang maginhawa sa pakiramdam.
8. Hayaang magusot sa pag-upo ang palda na may pleats.
9. Magsuot ng sando at shorts kapag maglalaro ng basketball.
10. Ilagay sa basurahan ang damit na may dumi o namantsahan.

DAMIT
 Mga Dahilan ng Pagsusuot ng Damit
1. Nagbibigay ng proteksiyon sa katawan.
2. Katulong sa paggawa o trabaho.
3. Dekorasyon sa katawan
4. Para sa pansariling kasiyahan.
5. Pantabing sa mga maseselang bahagi ng
katawan.
6. Upang manatiling malinis ang ating katawan.
 Iba’t ibang pamamaraan ng wastong
pangangalaga ng kasuotan.

1. Ingatan ang palda ng uniporme anumang damit na may

pleats. Huwag itong hayaang magusot sa pag-upo.
2. Huwag umupo kung saan-saang lugar nang hindi
marumihan ang damit o pantalon. Siguraduhing malinis
ang lugar na uupuan.
3. Kapag namantsahan o narumihan ang damit, labhan ito
agad para madaling matanggal at hindi gaanong kumapit sa
damit ang dumi o mantsa.
4. Gumamit ng bleach para tanggalin ang dumi o mantsa.
5. Gamitin ang naaayon sa kulay ng damit. May mga chlorox para sa
puti at bleach para sa may kulay.
6. Magsuot ng angkop na kasuotan ayon sa gawain. Huwag
gawing panlaro ang damit na pamasok sa paaralan. Pagdating sa bahay
galing sa paaralan, hubarin kaagad ito at pahanginan.
7. Ugaliing magsuot ng tamang damit na pantulog tulad ng pajama,
daster, at short. Dapat maluwag na damit ang pantulog upang ito
ay maginhawa sa pakiramdam.
8. Kapag natastas ang laylayan ng damit, tahiin ito kaagad pag-uwi sa
bahay upang hindi ito tuluyang lumaylay.

isunod ang manggas, bahagi ng balikat sa likuran
at unahan ng blusa o polo, harapan at ang ibang
bahagi.
b. Palda- unahing plantsahin ang bulsa, bahagi ng
baywang o sinturera, at zipper. Unatin ang buong
palda at plantsahin ang mga pleats.
 c.Short/Pantalon- Unahing plantsahin ang
mga bulsa at isunod ang bahagi ng tahi sa
zipper, isunod ang bahagi ng baywang at
sinturera patungo sa balakang at hita ng
pantalon.
5. Isampay nang maayos sa mga sabitan ang
mga pinalantsa.
