Begin Writers have an obligation to open the readers’ eyes to
what is happening in the world. A creative text should
not only be created for the sole purpose of entertaining
its audience. Writers have a responsibility to ask
important questions to the readers such as: (1) What is
happening in the world we are living in? (2) What is
being done about it? and (3) What are you going to do
about it? Thus, when you write, write about the world
and not just about yourself.
