1 Difficult to feed component in trimming die , due

to loosening of burring ejector bolt, may lead to

Burring ejector bolt used to get loosen during
operations ,due to the inadequate tightening facilty
with the mounting block available in die ( Ejector
bolt and mounting block tighteting facility were Washer bolted with burring ejector
cylindrical shape resulting in loosening )

During pipe bending operation at machine, operator
feeding pipe with one hand & operate the machine
with other hand, bypassing the 2 hand push button
mechanism of pendent with the help of nearby
trolley.
