You cannot eat rice and meat when it is not cooked. The heat is used to dry wet clothes with the help of the sun. In hospitals and clinics, medical equipment is sterilized to kill bacteria. This is also what mothers do with baby milk bottles to make sure they are safe to use. To get to different places we use vehicles such as tricycles, jeepneys, taxis, buses, trains and planes. These vehicles need heat from fuel and crude for it to function or run. Heat is very important in industry. A large portion of the heat for example is needed to melt scrap metal, broken bottles or glass to produce a new product. Have you ever seen a welder? The welder uses heat from electricity to assemble the welder plates made of steel and produce the equipment they need. Can you provide other uses of heat? Heat is very important to us.
