    Here are my opinions on the statements: Watching TV: I think it depends on what shows you watch. Some educational programs can be informative. But just watching for hours on end is a waste of time that could be spent on other more productive activities. Practicing sports: I agree that practicing sports regularly is generally a good habit. It keeps you active and healthy. Chatting on Facebook: Spending too much time on social media can be a waste when it replaces real social interactions or prevents you from focusing on school/work responsibilities.
