 How to login IAM Web Console?

SANGFOR IAM default interface ip address:

eth0 （ LAN ）： 10.251.251.251/24

eth1 （ DMZ ）： 10.252.252.252/24

Use a crosswire to connect PC and IAM

If PC connect to IAM eth0,then to configure PC ip address 10.251.251.X/24 （ except 10.251.251.25

1 ）， Now you can enter https://10.251.251.251 to login IAM Web Console and the Username/Passw
ord:Admin/Admin

If PC connect to IAM eth1,then to configure PC ip address 10.252.252.X/24 （ except 10.252.252.25

 How to login IAM Web Console?
If you had forgotten the IAM ip address,what can you do?

Don’t worry ， SANGFOR IAM LAN(ETH0) have a default sub-ip address

128.127.125.252/255.255.255.248, please to configure the PC ip address as 128.
127.125.253/255.255.255.248 and connect to IAM ETH0 ， then you can login t
he IAM by using https://128.127.125.252 。

Meanwhile ， IAM DMZ(ETH1)also have a default sub-ip address

128.128.125.252/255.255.255.248 ， please configure the PC ip address as 128.1
28.125.253/255.255.255.248 and connect to IAM ETH1 ， then you can login th
e IAM by useing https://128.128.125.252 。

Attention ： The sub-ip address can be used when deployed in

Route Mode.
 How to Restore Factory Defaults?

We can use a cross cable to restore factory defaults except by Updater ，

Steps ：
•Using the power button to shutdown the IAM device.

•Prepared a cross cable.

•Useing the cross cable to connect to any two interfaces of IAM device 。（ Attention: The two interf
ace can't be bypass interfaces. ）
•Finally starting up the IAM device and waiting for 5 minutes.

Attentions ：

1. On starting up the IAM device ， you can see the red light on always,it means restoring factory de
faults.Waiting for 3 minutes ， the red light will flash ， and keep waiting for 2 minutes, if restore suc
cess ， the IAM device will auto reboot ， so you can use the default ip address to login the IAM.

2.After resotred factory defaults,all the configurations will be lost.
