unfortunately, they brain drain.

Hello everyone, I am Hariom Chaudhary
from 8th B, here to talk about ‘Brain
Drain’.

Entrepreneurs have left India since 2014
India ranks 1st when
it comes in migration
of rich and highly
educated people.
By this study we get
to know that, every
day 4,000 people are
leaving India.
But why are these people going out ?
But why are these people going out ?

• We say that our society is cosmopolitan but the truth is our culture is closed and
reluctant towards foreigners, whereas the western world welcomes the talent with
open arms.
• Becoming CEO of foreign MNC is much more difficult compared to CEO of Indian
MNCs.
• We say that we don’t have casteism, racism etc but it still exists. Examples of it can be
found all over the google.
• For eg. : PPP ( Purchasing Power Parity ) tells that professor earning 1 lakh a month in
India would earn around 6 lakh rupees a month in U.S .
• They think that there is more development there not here.
• In 1970’s long before globalisation became common currency. At that time concept
of brain drain came in our country.
• Brain Drain is a major problem of our country as we are giving out our talents and
Americans and Europeans are been able to absorb it.
• Every year India losses 17 billion dollars because of the immigrations.
• India losses money because all this people study in India’s and do there collage here
in prestigious colleges like IIT’s , IIM’s and AIIMS.
