offer

• Backout: Situation If the candidate rejects


the offer/leaves the job

Check/Drug Screening
• Background Check: Evaluation of the Educational,
Work Experience and Criminal check

• Drug Screen: Analysis of a biological specimen to


determine the presence or absence of specified
parent drugs

• Failed screening: Situation If the candidate fails the


background check and drug screening
