 INTRODUCTION AND RATIONALE

• Determine the profits in selling hot and spicy cured shrimps and
sweetened cured shrimps among the residents of Gutalac,
Zamboanga del Norte
• Find out which of the hot and spicy cured shrimps and sweetened
cured shrimps is more preferable to the residents of Gutalac.
 METHODS

• A quasi- experimental design to compare and classify the

data needed for the research study.
• Respondents were a complete of forty thousand six hundred
thirty five (40,635) from thirty three (33) different barangays
of Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte
• Spearman rho was used to solve the data gathered.

This table shows the number of days, earnings, capital as well as profit. It shows the days in selling the
products, it was hot and spicy cured shrimps preferred by the customers.

This table shows the number of days, earnings, capital as well as the profit. It shows the days in selling
the products, it was sweetened cured shrimps which is less preferred by the customers. Nevertheless,
there were days that there was no profit gained.

This table shows that the X and Y will be multiplied and then squared the answer of the selected data is 0.63 so, there is a perfect

positive correlation between selling hot and spicy cured shrimps and sweetened cured shrimps on its profit. Therefore, the researchers

accepted the alternative hypothesis and rejected the null hypothesis

 CONCLUSIONS

• The majority of the residents of Gutalac choose the

hot and spicy cured shrimps over the sweetened cured
shrimps.
• The hot and spicy cured shrimps is more profitable
than the sweetened cured shrimps.
 RECOMENDATIONS

• It is recommended that the commission on higher

education should always maintain the knowledge and
the goodness on each students. And to the community
to be open to cooperate the research study.
 RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is recommended to the school administrations to

have free access of the computer and printing
machine. And contribute the main goal for the
researchers to pass and graduate.
 RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is recommended that absences and excuses of the

students should be considered. Good advice may help
the researchers to achieve their goals. To the students
as well, cooperation is highly needed.
 RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is recommended that the future researchers would

conduct a similar study. A good teamwork is also
recommended to pass the research paper on time.
