MOONLIGHTING
Moonlighting is an act of working for two jobs
simultaneously to meet the increasing expenses.

For example: A person who is a teacher of a


school during the day but also runs a tuition
centre in evening.
REASONS FOR MOONLIGHTING
For additional sources of income.
For upgrading their capabilities for different job
profiles.
Lack of appreciation by Employers
For utilization of extra time
To follow their passion.
Types of Moonlighting
1.Blue Moonlighting: Sometimes empoyee is not
satisfied with his job and salary, So, they want to
change their job but, they don't have required skill
set So, they do moonlighting.

2.Quarter Moonlighting: when an employee is not


satisfied with his salary he does part time job after
his primary job for extra earnings. This
moonlighting helps in meeting daily needs only.
3. Half Moonlighting: The empoyee who love
luxurious life and their expenses are more then their
income they spend 50% of their time for earning
extra income.

4.Full Moonlighting: When employees have extra time


they start their own business or industry unit
simultaneously and their Social position is
determined by the second occupation .
