What happened?
On 5th May 2017 at 23:50 hrs the deceased was complaining Photo explaining what
of chest pain. On the way to PAC, deceased was in resting
position closing his eyes with snoring sound breathing. The

examined him and found no signs of life.

A 44 year-old worker, suddenly collapsed to the ground while
walking to get into the vacuum tanker used for sludge
removal his co-workers brought him to PDO clinic for
treatment. On arrival, doctor found him unresponsive with no
obvious external injuries. Doctor attempted CPR but failed to
