I. Road Clearing Component

* (50 POINTS)
1. LGU shall submit the road inventory of all
local roads (provincial, city, municipal,
barangay) within their jurisdiction to the
validation team (Name/Classification/Road
Length).

2. Validation Team selects three (3) to ten

(10) local roads as the case may be.

3. Validation Team conducts the ocular

inspection, assessing whether road
obstructions exist (major and minor
obstructions).
