• St 38 with needle manipulation during excercising the affected shoulder
(OS)
• Ankle points: sp5, lv 4, st 41, gb 40, bl 60, kd 3
• Fan hou jie or San Jian (SS, OS) [linggu, dabai, fan hou jie combo]
• Guiding points depending on the channel affected, i.e. Si 3, Sj 3
• Shen guan 77.18, Lv 8T,
• Treat neck if necessary
Muscles
• Supraspinatus: St 31A, St 43A (for Li 15+ guiding Li3SS, St 43 OS), Bl
53, 54A (for Si 12 + guiding Si3 SS, Bl 65 OS)

• Supplementing Lv3 for tissue, small muscles, Gb 34 for tendons

• Bl 53, 54, Gb 29, 30 for Si 11,10 (+ SI 3 SS, Bl 65 OS)

Frozen shoulder
• 1) St 38 – check sides for tenderness, usually acute = opposite, chronic =
ss
• Check Zongping (1 cun below st36), acute OS, chronic SS, but check for
more ahshi

• Shenguan
• St 38
• Sanjian (deep, looking for electrick shock)
• Lv 8T ahshi
• Gb 34

• Or all the balancing points on ankle
