MOC (Management of change):

MOC is a form used for any modification required in logic system. For example changing Transmitter set point, change
operation mode of valve….etc

In our Well pads we issued and completed 58 MOCs as the details below:

1- E18-02 / 17 MOCs from #1 to #17

2- E20-02 / 21 MOCs from #18 to #38
3- G22-01/ 20 MOCs from #39 to #58

Note: MOC #58, #34 cover all three Well pad

TQ (Technical Query):

TQ is a form used for changing in engineering design. For example change in control philosophy or add new features to
the design.

In our Well Pads we have 5 TQs so far:

3 TQs done by KBR engineering.

(MGP1-G20-KBR-IN-8502-0002_001 (002), MGP1-G20-KBR-IN-8502-0001_002 & MGP1-GEN-KBR-IN-8502-0002_001.)

2 TQs done by us Anton Engineering. AOS- TQ- 0001, AOS- TQ- 0002

ESD Cause & Effect
FGS Cause & Effect

And will be continue audit on it during the Online Test in case we had miss any part during the Offline test.

Red line mark up is for tags correction, delete instrument related to cancelled well or changing alarm status.

Online test:

1- All the documents, MOCs, TQs and software database that used during the Off line test

2- Other documents like Loop diagrams, terminal connection and Hook up drawings….etc

3- Substation FGS C&E VONK documents. Substation FGS C&E need to be tested again.
