Small group communication • Small group communication refers to communication among three or more people who interact verbally, perform certain informal roles with respect to one another, feel a sense of belonging and collaborate to achieve a desired goal. Public communication • Public communication means a communication by means of any broadcast, cable, or satellite communication, newspaper, magazine, mass mailing, or telephone bank to the general public, or any other form of advertising.
