SCOPE OF THE
PROJECT
The proposed system will be a web-based application whose main
language of programming will be PHP. Its main aim is to simplify and
improve the efficiency of the hiring process for both HR and Interviewers,
minimize manual data entry and ensure data accuracy and security. Admin
will also able to monitor hiring process and generate merit lists. Admin can
also able to add, update and remove applicants and interviewers. It also has
an Interviewer Dashboard for the applicant’s marks. All the data generated
is stored in the server and based upon the same future decisions are taken.

• To facilitate Interviewers adding marks
• Reduce time to generate Merit Lists by sorting out data manually
• Adding, Updating and Deleting of Applicants and Interviewers
• Reduces time as the whole system is automated
• To ensure correctness in the marks
• Eliminate paperwork and increase level of accuracy
• Increase speed of service and HR satisfaction
