reasons:
– We perceive a
situation as
dangerous, difficult,
or painful.
– We don't believe we
have the resources
to cope.

 We can not alleviate stress but
simply need to manage our stress.
 Aerobic exercise, meditation,
relaxation & spiritual communities
may help us gather in a strength and
lessons stress effects.
