Reflective Summary 7.4 Professional reflection and learning to improve practices

The day before our LAC session about LDM Practicum there’s a lot
of things comes to my mind on how I do my LDM. By the help of the
LAC session I understand very well on how to do the LDM. Most
especially if you have documented all the required artifacts. As I
started during my LDM , I see the progress of my students as well as
their problem regarding answering the modules in the new normal due
to pandemic.
I learned in this LDM course, the consistency and how to be
persistence in every beginning you made. This course give me a lot of
knowledge of learning when it comes to the difficulties of my pupils
and giving solutions to problem of this new normal.
ANNOTATION: Based on my reflection, I can see and say that I
learned a lot from this course.
