Configuration of communication system

There are following methods for communication system.

1. Point to point
2. Point to multipoint
3. Peer to peer

1. Point to point:

In this one station directly communicate with other station.

Example: water head tank and pump

2. Point to Multi point:

In this there is one master polling station. Sometimes communication management system
(CMS) work as polling station.

It is most commonly used.

3. Peer to peer:
In this type of communication all the sites
can communicate with one another directly.

Used in manufacturing plants and treatment

plans.
