Software Tools
From the 10 individuals, two individuals said their company is designed
specifically for their organizations. It’s proved from the survey that public and
private sector is concerning to implement HRIS in their organization.

Implementation
There are two organizations aren’t using significant usage of HRIS. They said their
HRIS systems aren’t handling by them. It’s maintained by the HR consultant firm.
They outsource their HRIS from other.

Accessibility

We found that public sector organizations are conservative to share their


information to the employees. On the other hand, private sectors are very flexible
to share information with their employees.

Efficiency
The degree of efficiency after implementation HRIS in both public and private
sector isn’t satisfied. Most of the responders think that HRIS efficiency level is
low.

Expensive
Two organizations said that HRIS is expensive, forth of them said their HRIS is
affordable and three of them said is cheap. The two organizations which stated
their HRIS is maintained by the third parties they said that their expense isn’t
much. It’s affordable.

User Friendly
HRIS is very user friendly. Compare to private and public, Private organization has
more comfortable to use HRIS.
