Important points: BIT 3205A 1. All participants will join using audio and remain muted unless one is presenting. 2. Each participant has at least 5 minutes for presenting their proposal. 3. Additional 5 minutes for interrogation/questions. 4. The slides must be visible and legible. 5. You must share the screen 6. You must demonstrate mastery( reading slides word for word is not tolerated). 7. No other proposal presentation day for this year/semester. 8. The marks awarded after this presentation will be forwarded to project supervisor and project coordinator. 9. Without proposal marks its not possible to proceed with your project.
