EXTINCTIVE CRIME
End result is destructive.
2. Period of time committed:

SEASONAL CRIME
Committed only during the period of
time.

SITUATIONAL CRIME
Committed only when given a
situation.
3. As to length of time committed:
INSTANT CRIME
Committed in shortest possible time.

EPISODIC CRIME
Committed by series of acts in lengthy
space of time.
4. As to place of location of commission:

STATIC CRIMES
Committed only in one place.

CONTINUING CRIME
Crime committed in several places,like
physical injuries resulting to homicide in an
automobile.
5. As to use of mental faculties:
RATIONAL CRIMES
Committed with intent; offender is in full
possession of his mental faculties.

IRRATIONAL CRIMES
Committed by one who does not know the nature
of quality of his acts on account of disease of
mind.

WHITE COLLAR CRIMES
Committed by persons of respectability
in the course of their occupation.

BLUE COLLAR CRIMES


Committed by ordinary criminals to
maintain their livelihood.
