最後一課 Last Lesson

 Service leadership is a leadership
philosophy in which the goal of the leader
is to serve. A good leader shares power,
puts the needs of the employees first and
helps people develop and perform as highly
as possible.

1. Learn and Grow for all parties in giving Serving

 Service leadership is rather straightforward. A

service leader feels responsible for helping people
learn and grow, feel purposeful, motivated,
energized, and contribute at their highest level. It’s
not just about you, the leaders; it is about the
people you serve.


2. Noble aim and Noble Work
 Service leadership is about inspiring people to do noble
work that calls forth the very best they have to offer. Your
engagement is likely to involve asking employees how you
can help them do their job better, rather than telling them
how to do a better job.
 When people feel valued, they value what they do.
 When people know you care about them, they will trust
you because they know you have their best interest at
heart. Your investment in them is returned when they
become invested in the quality of work they do.

3. Empowerment:
 The typical leader can fall into the trap of hiring people
below their level because they may feel their leadership
could be threatened by someone “better.” The service leader
seeks to maximize talent to find better answers and optimize
the performance of the team. 
 When all your effort is to assist in improving the
performance of your people, you will find a strong bond of
trust is built from having their best interests at heart. In
contrast, nothing fosters distrust more than an uncaring, self-
absorbed leader who views their people as nothing more than
a tool to get something done.


 To put it bluntly, service leaders should have the
humility, insight, and courage to acknowledge that
they can learn from people at all levels of an
organization. They see their responsibility as a
leader to increase the confidence, capability,
ownership, autonomy, and responsibility of their
people. The goal is to bring the best out of others
and help them work at a higher level.

感恩與惜福！
自愛愛人 , 造福人群 !
Learn to Cherish Life,
Be grateful and learn to appreciate!
Love yourself and the other. Bring
happiness to other.

不要抱怨太多 ,
其實我們真的已經很幸福 !
「不要為生命憂慮喫甚麼、喝甚麼，為身體憂慮、
穿甚麼，生命不勝於飲食麼！身體不勝於衣裳
麼！」 ( 太 6:25)
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life,
what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what
you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the
body more than clothes? (Matthew 6:25)

我們用一生來感謝呢！
何況，看看我們的周遭，

 你只要打開心扉，伸出友誼的雙手，必能找到知
己良朋。
There may be difficult time in the future.

assistance because love is everywhere if
you open your heart to accept it.
