• When merchant want to request top up to DANA using Disbursement API, merchant first should
call Disbursement Consult API which will check user eligibility (existence, status, balance limit,
monthly fund-in limit) and considers merchant Deposit Balance, returning info on min & max
top up amount and fee (if any).

• If all the eligibility is valid, merchant call Disbursement Top Up API to request top up with
certain amount to user.

• DANA will process top up balance to user and deduct deposit account merchant as
requested amount plus fee.

• If success, user will receive DANA Balance.

• Merchant will get the result of DANA Disbursement, is it success or no.

Subscription is one of solution that DANA offer to merchant, so customer will
pay at regular intervals in recurring price to access the product in merchant
application.

User’s subscription will be active until count period from
DANA = period from
merchant. Example if period
is 2, so :
1.create subscription and 1st payment success 27 July 2020,
count period = 0 -> (count period < 2).
2. next deduction payment 27 August 2020, count period
= 1 -> (count period < 2).
3.next deduction payment 27 September 2020, count period = 2
-> (count period = 2).
When count period already same with period, so there will not any next deduction
payment subscription again, user’s subscription will be terminated on 27 October 2020.

So, there will be 3 cycle of payment subscription for user.

• For create scheduled subscription, DANA will give push notification reminder (T-1) before
deduction to user.
• DANA will give notification in scheduled time (T-0) to trigger subscription payment. DANA will
notify merchant by subscription ID, product name and transaction ID.
• Merchant need to request by Create Subscription Scheduled Payment Open API to DANA.
• DANA will process auto deduction payment subscription to user.
• When payment is complete, DANA will notify merchant and user by push notification.

• If payment is success, subscription will be updated to next schedule.


• If payment is failed & < due date scheduled payment, DANA will notify again with new
transaction ID, so merchant can retry to trigger payment.
• If payment is failed & > due date scheduled payment, subscription will be updated to next
