Start-Entry: Does the swimmer perform a push off and a clean entry?
Start – Uw: Cr: 10mts / Ba: 10mts / Br: 10mts / Fly: 10mts
Start-SL: Does the swimmer perform a Stream Line position throughout the UW phase?
Breathing – 1st stroke: Does the swimmer breathe on the first stroke?
Breathing – pattern: Does the swimmer follow the same breathing pattern? (Cr-3 rd / Fly 2nd)
Stroke flow – Does the stroke keep continuity?
Kick flow – Does the kick keep continuity?
BP: Does the body position stay high?
BB: Is there flow between hips and shoulders motion?
Turn – Before: Does the swimmer keep speed?

- Best average time
- Self effort control: swimmers keep splits within the test
- Self performance control: swimmers get their own splits
- Start time:
