Plot
Life was not easy for Saravanan when the hidden feminity
showed up.

Initially it was taken as child pranks but as time grew -

troubles, insults and hurts grew too, leading Saravanan to
move to Chennai to live as Vidya

From being spurned by family to begging on the streets as a

social outcast; from donning a woman’s clothes to
undergoing excruciating surgery to lose manhood; from
suffering emotional and physical harassment to arriving at
true identity – all made Vidya a strong and determined
transwoman
ERG Theory
Existence, Relatedness and Growth Theory
A Psychological theory proposed by Clayton Alderfer
Developed during 1969

There are three categories of needs which drive us and help us

achieve greater heights personally and socially.

● Existence – basic and safety needs

● Relatedness – social and external esteem needs
● Growth – self actualization and internal esteem needs

fulfilled
