What is Computer Security System?

 Computer Security basically is the protection of computer systems


and informations from harm, theft and unauthorized use. It is the process
of preventing and detecting unauthorize use of a system.
Ø The importance of computer security is to make sure that your information and
data are safe.
Ø It is also defined as controls that are put in place to provide confidentiality, integrity
and availibility for all the components of computer system.
 It is used:-
a) To prevent theft of hardware.
b) To prevent theft of information.
c) To prevent disruption of services.
What is a "Secure" computer system?
To decide whether a computer  system is "secure" means to us, then
identify the threats we care about.

Malware
 Malware is a umbrella term of "malicious software" that's designed to
infiltrate your device without your knowledge.
 Malware is a program designed to gain access  to computer systems,
normally for the benefit of some third party, without user's permission.
 Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses , ransomware,
spyware and other malicious programs. 
 Malware breaches a network through vulnerability typically  when a user
clicks on dangerous link or attachment that then install risky software.
