MANUFACTURING

Milk is essential in the daily
life of the person, it is an
important product and
which can be consumed by
young and old.
To obtain milk, we start by milking cows to deliver
a large number of milk collected, refrigerated to
be analyzed and sent to dairies in trucks. These
are the dairies that centralize milk production and
market it.

The manufacturing steps are : pasteurization which allows
the elimination of undesirable microbes for humans. Once
pasteurized, the milk is skimmed by a cream separator
which separates the cream and the milk. The milk then goes
through a final step, sterilization. It is heated with a
temperature of 140°C for 2 seconds in order to destroy the
microbes.
The milk is ready to be packaged and distributed in
supermarkets.
