 Current contract completion date: 29 May 2023.  No new COVID-19 case reported for IAJV, or Parsons. Total 74 Cases, 74 recoveries.
 Forecast completion date (SPT,): 31 Aug 2023 (delay due to surface preparation to receive paint and utility relocations for completion of shoring and excavation works thereafter) (Contractor programme currently shows 26 December  No reported Incidents.
 No improvement notice issued,– 120 Notices issued, 120 closed.

 Landscaping Design and Modification of Mina Link Road Landscaping (Option 2) was approved via Musanada email dated 6 July 2022. Parsons submitted Design Fee proposals for landscaping concept design &
modification of Mina Link Road on 23 August 2022 and 18 August 2022 respectively. Musanada to advise and Parsons are proceeding with the designs. Landscaping concept design to be submitted end of next week
and the Link Road realignment detailed design to be issued 03 October 2022.
Commercial/Procurement
 Estimated Cost at Completion (EAC): AED 1,690,018,170 (excludes Al Geemi and NBHH Contracts). Includes 22m for EOT 3 related prolongation costs & 18m for Cost associated with early opening dates for Surface Roads.
Key Risks & Issues
Combined NPC/AVV 114 for early opening dates foe surface roads was approved by Musanada, VO to be issued.
 Budget Overrun: AED 311m.  Additional Budget: All NPCs are being processed on Unifier to finalize additional budget submission to ADEO.
 Certified to Date: AED – 1,122,142,443.58, IAJV and Consultants (excludes Al Geemi and NBHH Contracts). AED 38.9m (Net) certified for September 2022 (IPC 37), now under Musanada review.  Additional Scope: Specialist lighting and Cladding which will require significant coordination /preparation and tunnel walls finishing scope change, MEP design changes and possible delay to the project.
 Extension of Time (EOT):  At-grade Roadworks and Underpass by 31 December 2022: Contractor confirmed 11 May 2022 that they’re prepared to accept a total amount of AED 29m subject to instruction being issued on or before 25th May
 EOT 02: Engineer determined 140 days EOT of which 66 days are compensable. AVVs for agreed Time and Prolongation costs were processed and approved by Musanada. VOs to be issued, IAJV wants to execute both VOs together. 2022. 8 June 2022 Musanada requested to reduce acceleration cost to AED 18m. Contractor responded 8 June 2022 with the omission of the road towards ADPC Gate 1, and an updated financial proposal (for
 EOT 03 - Revised EOT 3 received on 7 Jul’22. for an EOT of 442 days and additional cost of AED 80m. Consultant’s Initial review was completed, and letter was issued to the Contractor for resubmittal. Meeting was held on 17 Aug AED18milllion). Letter dated 05 July 2022 issued to Contractor confirming requirement for early opening of surface roads and requesting details for the AED 18m acceleration. Contractor responded on 17 July

 Change Control IAJV: Musanada directed that 12 NPCs be uploaded to Unifier for additional budgetary purposes, with no detailed review by the Engineer. This includes 5 NPCs (111,122,123,124,125) for which IAJV has not provided approved by PIL & forwarded to PMCD for approval.

 Design – TACOM approval issued to formalize the 1.9m Saving from Meinhardt, further saving of 1.2m (total 3m) is expected.
 IAJV Remeasure: IAJV issued the draft Recap on 4 Aug 2022, increase from 41m to AED 77m. Significant increase in the amounts for reinforcement & site clearance. Parson’s initial review was completed and IAJV was notified to
resubmit the re-measure with necessary corrections.
 Key Procurement Issues: Specialist Lighting (Media Platform) and Landscaping (Option 2) approved via Musanada email dated 6 July 2022. No letter issued to date. Venuetech presentation was reviewed by Parsons 21 July 2022 and

 Abu Dhabi Police & ITC: Abu Dhabi Police want to connect the TETRA and Abu Dhabi Media networks of Mina Tunnel to the existing Sheikh Zayed Tunnel and was not in the original scope of works. The virtual environment is a new
requirement by ITC which was not in the original scope of works. Once fully costed (3 quotations) by IAJV a meeting will be held with the concerned authorities and Musanada to agree the way forward for payment of these additional 2
