We use the possessive ‘s to show possession. You add ‘s to the end of the
noun which has possession.
The position of the apostrophe changes between singular and plural
What: it’s used to ask for information. What is your name? My name is…
Where: it’s used to ask for the location. Where is Mike? Mike is in the house
When: it’s used to ask the time of an event or action. When is your English class? My English class is on thursday
