• Gestational age > 32 weeks
• Birth weight ≥1500 g without abnormal
physiology e.g apneu, and prematurity

Level 3 • With mechanical ventilation

• Gestational age ≤ 28 weeks
• Gestational age ≥ 28 weeks – 32 weeks
