Matt is incorrect, it’s not possible to make 75¢ with two coins, the closest
amount you could make is 70¢.

But Neve isn’t right either. 75¢ can be made with 4 coins: 50¢ + 10¢ + 10¢ + 5¢.

It can also be made with five or more coins, but it can also be made with three
coins, 50¢ + 20¢ + 5¢.
