YOU FOR SOME HOUSE RULES
BEFORE WE START OUR
WEBINAR SESSION.
As a general reminder, make sure
you are in a quiet environment
and conducive to learning.

Always check your internet


connection, headset, microphone
and camera.
RULE 1. BE ON TIME

Be ready at least 10-15 minutes before


each virtual sessions begins as a
best practice.
RULE 2. Mute your microphone.

Before the start of each


presentation, make sure that
you are MUTED, so that everyone
would hear on what the speaker is saying.
RULE 3. Turn on Video
√ TURN ON VIDEO only when necessary or
when instructed.
√ Be CAREFUL what you wear when on video
conference at home and avoid multi-tasking.

√ During PHOTO DOCUMENTATION always


show your face.
RULE 4. Respect and Listen

Communicate Professionally, Be
Respectful, Be Courteous at all times
and listen attentively.
RULE 5. Treat everyone how you
would like to be treated.

It maybe tempting too check your


facebook, messenger or carry on a side
conversation during a dull moment in
a session BUT JUST DON’T DO IT!
RULE 6. Questions & Clarification

You my turn on your microphone


If you want to ask questions or;

Use the “CHAT BOX” option or


“RAISE YOUR HAND” button if you want
to be acknowledge by the moderator
to note it.
RULE 7. Have a Back-up Plan

If in case you will be cut-off because of


poor signal, CLICK the link again as provided
by the moderator to be able to return to the
webinar session.
RULE 8. Don’t forget to take down
notes during the webinar.
RULE 9. On leaving the session
 Please leave the session at the
APPROPRIATE time.

 If you must leave early, send a


PRIVATE MESSAGE to the presenter
or moderator.
RULE 10. Enjoy and Relax
