 how to make id cards with word templates
1. In MS. Word select "File" then click "Create". Type in the search box “Business Cards”. Then
you will be provided with many templates that have an attractive appearance.

2. Click on the template that suits your needs. A pop up window will appear, select Create to add
the template to the document.

3. Fill the template with content:

-The logo section is used to change / enter the company logo. Click on Insert > Pictures. In the
pop up window, you will see the folder where you placed the logo, click and add to the template.
-To change the text you can just click on the text box. Just edit as needed, if you want to change
the font immediately block everything and choose the font you want.

4. Save the file as a document or PDF.

 How to make a manual ID Card with a table
1.Open MS Word and select Table.

2.Set the number of cells you want to enter. Because usually one page can fit 8 mockups, so you can only
enter 2×4. Enter the value and click OK.

3.Right click on the table and select Properties. In the new window, set the cell dimensions at 90х50 mm and
click the Center align icon.

4. Select Insert > Pictures to add a logo, photo or other image you want to add.

5. Add text. On the Tools panel, select a font and adjust the color.

6. Edit the mockup, use the mouse to drag the elements until they are positioned correctly. You can also scale
elements up and down.

7. Save the file as a pdf or document and print it.
