SCHOOL TIMINGS
Monday to Friday: 7:55 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
 Saturdays: Holiday
 Punctuality to school is a must. The School gate closes

at 7:55 am.
 Uniform is mandatory.
 No excuses/leaves will be granted without supportive

documents in case of medical reasons.


 Please keep the class teacher informed through

mail/the leave letter in case of leave request.

ATTENDANCE
❖Attendance is mandatory for each and every student during every
school event, especially if they are the main participants. No excuses
will be entertained.
❖Attendance is mandatory during the ‘National Festivals’ and all the
events conducted by school.
❖In case of absence, letter of absence should be mailed to the Class
teacher e-mail id along with a diary note.

❖A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to write the final


examination.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
❖The school is the second home for the child, and the
children are expected to take care of the school like
their own home.
❖The school diary should be signed by parents daily.
❖Books to be neatly labelled.
❖Any circular sent should be duly acknowledged by
parents.
❖It is mandatory for parents to attend the PTMs
regularly.

❖Parents are requested to take prior appointment to
meet the teachers or management.
❖Parents are advised not to send any valuables with
children such as jewelry, expensive items, mobile
phones etc.
❖Any grievances related to transport should only be
addressed to the transport coordinator(no calls will be
replied during arrival and dispersal time)
❖ Parents are requested not to collect drivers or
attendants numbers
* IMPORTANT NOTE
❖ No fancy haircuts for boys.

❖ Girls must wear their hair neatly. (2nd
picture).
❖ Black ribbons / hair bands can be
used.
❖ Hair must be worn in two braids or
ponytails if long.
❖ Nails must be trimmed short.
❖ No plastic bottles are allowed, only
steel/copper bottles to be used.
UNIFORM AND HYGIENE

❖ID cards to be worn every day to school without fail.


❖School uniform, shoes and socks, water bottles (plastic water bottles
not allowed. Only steel and copper water bottles will be allowed) should
be labelled properly.
❖All stationery items and school bags must be labelled.
❖Students must wear school jackets “ONLY”.(It will be allowed only
under special conditions)
❖Swimming suit, Skating kit, Yoga mat, Taekwondo
uniform and all the belongings must be labelled.
Uniform will be available in The Print Central , for those who have
given measurements before 30th April.
IDENTITY CARDS
❖ Wearing of ID card is mandatory. The ID cards and
uniform labels will be issued after the school reopens.
 Those who have uploaded their ward photo in
uniform will be receiving id cards.
 An ID card if lost will be replaced by paying
amount of Rs.250/ within 4 to 5 days and Rs. 500
for second time lost.
BIRTHDAYS
❖Distribution of chocolates is not allowed on
birthdays.
❖ Students can wear colored dress (no sleeveless or
short dress allowed) to school on their birthdays.

❖ The students need to wear their ID cards on their


birthdays too.
FOOD / MENU
❖ The school provides substantial nutritious meals to all children hence you

are requested not to send any kind of eatables with your ward.
❖Please note outside food/snacks will strictly not be allowed inside the
campus.
❖Snacks will not be provided in the school.

❖ Please keep the school informed in writing if your ward is allergic to any
kind of food.

❖ In case of illness, if the child is following any prescribed diet by the doctor,
it has to be intimated to the class teacher through diary note .

❖ In case of any fall or sickness during school hours,
parents will be receiving a call from staff nurse. Request
parents not to panic, as first aid will be given to the
child in the school.
CO- CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The timetable includes the following co-curricular activities:
❖ Bhagavad-Gita

❖ Skating/Taekwondo

❖ Swimming

❖ Music (SAPA for 1 to 5) & Dance

❖ Games

CO- CURRICULAR UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES

Kindly note that the skating, swimming and


Taekwondo uniform and other details will
be sent as a diary note after the school
reopens.
ENTRAR
❖ Entrar is a school management software that optimizes the
way the school runs and functions. It is a custom crafted
software to provide solutions that are scalable, user-friendly
and act in real time.
❖ Communication from school will be sent through Entrar.
Please login to check regularly.
❖ All home work schedule will be posted on Entrar.
❖ Your ward’s progress reports and other related matters will be
sent home through Entrar.
❖ All transport details will be communicated through Entrar.
SMART CARD
❖ A smart card is a chip enabled card which your ward
is supposed to wear to school every day.
❖ As the card is swiped in the bus, parents get intimated
that their wards have boarded the bus.
Please note: The transport tracker will not be
effective for the first 20 days
❖ The students who have opted for the own transport
are expected to be picked up from the campus by 3.10
p.m. compulsorily.
PARENT DROP & PICKUP
❖ School gate will be closed by 7:55 a.m. Kindly ensure
punctuality of your ward. Late comers will not be
allowed to the campus.
❖ Dispersal Time is at 3:10 p.m. Kindly arrange for your
ward pick up on the scheduled time.
❖ Beyond 15 minutes of dispersal, no student will be
entertained in the school premises as a concern of
safety.

❖ Payment of fee after the due dates will attract fine and no
further discussions on this will be entertained.

❖ NO REMINDERS with regard to payment of fee will be sent.

❖At Vishwa Vidyapeeth teachers are trained to adopt corrective measures or
positive reinforcements to discipline a child.
❖In no way do we advocate corporal punishment.
❖Parents are requested to understand that, we are here to guide your child
so as to enhance their all round development.
❖Requesting the complete participation and cooperation of the parents in
the whole process.
❖Let us maintain a ‘Give Respect and Take Respect’ policy in order to help
the children learn the same from us.
Temperature will be checked every morning upon
entry.
Sanitizers will be placed in the campus.
Social distancing will be enforced in the campus.
Students will be made to wash hands frequently in
the campus.
Advise students to stay at home if they are not
feeling well.
