The Nestle Distribution Channel

In general Nestl followsthe above sequence for distribution of its products. Bytheabove diagram,wecan understandthat the products are sentto theC&FAgents of thecompanyfrom its ManufacturingUnit. Then at later stage its been sentto Distributor andSuper Stockist. Here, the Distributor is responsible to manage the availability of products in his area, whereas Super Stockist supplies the goods to ReDistributor who is responsible to manage the availability of outside theregion of Distributor. Then theDistributor andReDistributor supply theproducts to Wholesaler andRetail in their respective

There will be a single C&F Agentfor every state who supplies the goods to theDistributor. Now,a distributor will be appointed by the companyfor every urban city. That distributor will have the responsibility to maintain theproper flow of goods in his region. Whereas on theother handthere will be a Super Stockist in the samecitywhowill supply theproducts to theRe-Distributor who will be there in the surrounding areas of that city.
