The document provides instructions for playing the LIBRA simulation, which links project objectives, stakeholder management, and project performance. Players will be given a scenario and asked to make decisions on 10 issues by selecting from 3-4 options for each issue. Each option impacts stakeholders and project performance differently based on a hidden score. Players cannot change their decisions once made. Only one person per team can access the simulation, so teams should share screens. Players only have one token to play once, as repeating the simulation is not allowed.

LIBRA SIMULATION-INSTRUCTIONS Marco Sampietro, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Practice Introduction
LIBRA is a brand new simulation that links project objectives,
stakeholder management, and project performance. The way to play is very simple: • At the beginning you will receive a scenario, which describes the company and the project. • After the scenario you will be exposed to 10 issues (decisions to take). • For every issue you will have to select among 3 or 4 options. • Every option has a different impact on stakeholders and project performance. • Every option is also linked to a score, which is not visible to you. • The total score will be visible at the conclusion of the simulation. 2 WARNINGS!!! YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR DECISIONS. ONCE MADE ARE MADE. SO, THINK VERY WELL ABOUT THEM. ONLY ONE PERSON PER TEAM CAN ACCESS THE SIMULATION, SO THE BEST WAY IS TO SHARE THE SCREEN WITH THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS YOU ONLY HAVE ONE TOKEN (THE ID ASSIGNED BY THE PROFESSOR). SO, YOU CANNOT PLAY THE SIMULATION ORE THAN ONCE.
