 Currently there are over 500 unsheltered individuals and families each night that do not
have a place to go in the City of Little Rock.

• Who will manage the LR Micro Home Village?


• The City will put out a RFQ to hire a qualified organization to manage the facility and provide Homeless Services. This organization will
provide Case Managers to work with the Unsheltered to help restore their lives to normalcy. The goal is to provide them with temporary
housing to permanent housing within 6 months.
• Who can Occupy the LR Micro Home Village?
• Unsheltered individuals and families will be assisted who reside in Little Rock.
• Is this property located near Public Transportation?
• Yes the property is located on the Rock Region Metro Bus Route.
• Does this property boarder any residential properties?
• No this property is located around commercial properties, centered around where the unsheltered dwell.
• Will the Non Congregated Units have HVAC?
• Each unit will have a mini split heat and air system.
• Where does the Funding to develop the Micro Home Village come from?
• HOME ARP (U.S. Department of HUD) & City of LR ARP

• How many non-congregated units will be in the 1 st Phase?


• There will be a minimum of 100 non-congregated units and 20 emergency shelter beds (10 Men/10 Women). These units
will be in compliance with the City of Little Rock’s Building Codes Division.
• Will there be security onsite?
Yes, security will be located onsite.
• Will there be strict policy and procedures in place (Alcohol & Drug policy)
• There will be a policy and procedures in place. This includes alcohol and drug policies, Possession and distribution of
controlled substances is illegal. We naturally expect everyone living in at the LR Micro Home Village community to abide
by the law.
• What is purpose of the Community Space (Center)?
• The Community Space will be used Kitchen, Office Space, Classroom Space for training, Women's and Men's
emergency shelter overnight beds, Laundry, Health Services rooms and gives the unsheltered a space to come together.
The community space is crucial to fostering community.
