Comment : As we can see, the quantity of chocolate and nuts’ consumption has
increased considerably, and passed, respectively, from 8 to 10 bars, and 4 to 5 bags

Comment : As we can see, the number of debt passed from, approximatively, 0 in
1968 and reached his peak while 2008 during the economic crisis.

• Nowadays, people buy for satisfiying their needs, but also their urges.
• However, the consumers are buying more than they need. Some
socialists associate their buys with the social order, everyday life and
identity. Moreover, it can be related social class, group membership,
age and stratification as it plays a huge part in modernity.

My opinion :
• I think that people are consuming more than what they need. It has
an negative impact on the society and even on the environment.
• However, some people are justifiying it by showing their social
class/group, age, work or even using their children as an excuse !
• So, I think, the population should think and to keep an eye on their
consommation. Moreover, they ought to think about the population
suffering of hunger and thirst, and support compagns, raise money for
them, giving away and donating.
