Organisme tersusun dari senyawa
Organik dan Inorgaik
• Organik :

- Protein

- Karbohidrat

- Lipid

- Asam Nukleat

- Inorganik

- Asam

- Basa

- Garam H20
Asam Nukleat

• Asam nukleat merupakan rangkaian dari mononukleotida. > Mononukleotida merupakan monomer . Mononukleotida tersusun
dari 3 molekul,yatu:

3. Gusus phospat (PO4 = )

LIPID
LIPIDS ARE CLASSIFIED AS SIMPLE OR COMPLEX

• Simple lipids: Esters of fatty acids with various alcohols.

a. Fats: Esters of fatty acids with glycerol. Oils are fats in the liquid state.

b. Waxes: Esters of fatty acids with higher molecular weight monohydric alcohols.

• Complex lipids: Esters of fatty acids containing groups in addition to an alcohol and a fatty acid.

a. Phospholipids:

b. Glycolipids (glycosphingolipids): Lipids containing a fatty acid, sphingosine, and carbohydrate.

• Precursor and derived lipids: These include fatty acids, glycerol, steroids, other alcohols, fatty
aldehydes, ketone bodies, hydrocarbons, lipid-soluble vitamins, and hormones.
CARBOHYDRATES
Carbohydrates are classified as follows:

Monosaccharides are those sugars that cannot be hydrolyzed into simpler carbohydrates.

Ex :trioses, tetroses, pentoses, hexoses ( glucose, fructose, galactose, Mannose)

Disaccharides are condensation products of two monosaccharide units; examples are maltose
and sucrose., lactose

Sucrose : Glucose + Fructose

Lactose : Glucose + Galaktose

Maltosa : Glucose + Glucose

.
CARBOHYDRATES
Carbohydrates are classified as follows:

Oligosaccharides are condensation products of three to ten monosaccharides. Most are not
digested by human enzymes.

Polysaccharides are condensation products of more than ten monosaccharide units; examples
are the starches and dextrins, which may be linear or branched polymers.

Ex : Tepung, dekstrin, glycogen,selulose
