Patient came to us with persistent cough for 3months for allopathic
treatment.

She was on broncho dilators & steroids & not responding to the same.

The patient had hoarseness of voice because of persistent cough.

The cough was aggravated by strong smell & could not sleep as on
lying down aggravated the cough.

she gave us a very peculiar sensation when asked to describe cough in

detail, She said; “she had burning of face during cough.”

23 year old boy came with high fever with cold & cough.

After his case taking we had following symptoms:

∙Coryza after becoming wet

∙Thirstless fever during
∙Extremely Chilly patient

 Interesting Observation:
 
The patient was continuously covering his face while lying,
though he was chilly throughout, he had only covered
his face.
 
On asking about it he said, “ I have burning sensation on
my face during fever, which was very peculiar.
 
 On examination:

Profuse lachrymation
Watery coryza
Fever was followed by chills

So looking at the repertory for this symptom in BB repertory
we found the rubric:

him DULCAMARA 200 repeatedly.

35 years old female came to us with severe pain in abdomen
along with nauseating feeling.
 
She was so restless with pain that she could hardly sit and
could not sleep well because of being mentally anxious.
 
On examination:
She had tenderness in epigastric region with nausea &
vomiting for las 2 to 3 days.
The nausea was persistent & she could hardly eat anything.
